Subject: 4th Line Stuck on "Ready for Setup" After Porting from Verizon (eSIM Glitch)

Hello, I recently transferred a 4-line family plan from Verizon to Xfinity Mobile. Three of the lines moved over perfectly and are fully active. The fourth line is having a strange billing/system glitch. The physical device—an iPhone 12 using an eSIM—is fully functioning on the Xfinity network. It can make calls, send texts, and use data normally. However, on both my Xfinity Mobile app and my online PC dashboard, the device status is stuck on "Ready for Setup." Because the system doesn't realize the port-in is complete, I keep receiving automated text and email alerts telling me I need to transfer the number. I have already called standard customer support multiple times, but because the phone is getting a signal, they do not understand how to fix the stuck online portal status. The device IMEI and ICCID are showing up correctly in the system, and the Verizon account info/transfer PIN were successfully submitted during the initial order. It appears the activation order is just stuck "pending" in the back-end database and needs a manual push or force-completion to sync my billing profile. Could an official employee please look into my account and manually force-complete this provisioning file so the portal updates to "Active"? Thank you!
