stuck LNP Port Order – Wrong SPID 6214 – Cannot Recreate Order – Need NPAC Cancellation

I have a stuck wireless LNP port from Verizon to Xfinity Mobile for the number ending in 1916.

Your system submitted the port using SPID 6214. The correct Verizon Wireless SPID is 6006.

Multiple agents confirmed they cannot recreate the order because an active port request already exists in your system. The current LNP must be fully removed from the NPAC system before a new submission can occur.

Several ECM tickets have been opened and auto-closed without resolving the backend port conflict.

This is not an activation issue. It is a stuck LNP tied to the incorrect SPID.

I am requesting escalation to the Mobile Porting Department supervisor or executive support to perform a full NPAC cancellation and resubmit correctly.

If this cannot be resolved immediately, I will file an FCC complaint

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. We understand your frustrations with delay of your number being ported. The local number portability article explains, best, our Xfinity Mobile porting process [here]. When did you start your porting process with Xfinity Mobile?
