Store review
This is for Xfinity stores behavior in general. I visited one location in Peachtree corners, GA as per recommendation by on call Xfinity customer service associate to submit documentation proof since there is no way to submit proof over email directly and retail stores could help. When I asked for help, the store associate said they have no way to submit any documents and she was not even willing to help In my case. I made her talk to on call Xfinity associate and she also asked for help but seemed that she didn't want to make any efforts. The on call Xfinity associate advised that I visit different location since retail store associate wouldn't help. This is such a basic need that store has to communicate or send some documents to online back end team. How come they don't have connection in built to do that? I visited different store in Alpharetta, GA and they were able to do that but the associate who was helping me was clueless. Then one nice associate helped her how to submit it. Now at this store, this girl associate in Alpharetta store in North point pkwy has been constantly scratching her head with long nails and eating her food at same time in front of us. I literally see lot of dandruff falling on her black shirt every time she scratches. It's so disgusting. Then she is carrying her dirt to all of the devices. It was absolutely unacceptable behavior. She also was her personal phone and made out visit so long. She was chatting with online customer service team on behalf of us but wouldn't reply quickly as she was on personal phone also.
