Store offers deals then support won’t honor them
I switched from Verizon to Xfinity Mobile because I saw offers for a year free service. Now that I have the service, I am seeing offers for the iPhone 17 pro if I upgrade to their premium plan for $10 more a month. I have worked with 5 different support agents and they even switched my plan to the premium under the false premise of getting me the iPhone deal but every time when I go to check out they tell me something different. The offer expired, my phone is only worth $241 for trade in (my friend just traded in the exact same iPhone 14 Pro for the free iPhone 17 pro upgrade). If the offer expired why am I still seeing it every time I open the Xfinity app? I think if they are offering a deal they should honor it, I’m willing to pay the extra $10 a month and they gave the same deal to other customers. If I was going to pay $50 a month for the phone I would just go back to Verizon where the customer service was always able to help me with any issues. Verizon is offering me the full $1100 trade in for my phone. I think the Xfinity store just isn’t working right and the third party they rent for customer support doesn’t know what they’re doing. Definitely lost at least one customer today.

@user_13f96d The issue here is that you already have service and a promotion. This promo is primarily for new customers. Your only option here is to add a second unlimited line to your existing account, and purchase the new phone. Resulting in 2 active phones and lines on your account. You should read the "Pricing & other info" listed for the details. Unfortunately, you can't just pay $10 more a month to upgrade to premium, and add a new phone to an existing Xfinity Mobile plan/line.
