Stolen phones‼️‼️

I ordered my phone on March 11th it was set to arrive on Sunday the 15th. My package was delayed and it told me it was set to arrive on Monday. It never came Monday, I set at home Tuesday and I finally got a notification that it was out for delivery. The FedEx truck pulled up to my house and I signed for the package, immediately I felt that the package felt too light. When I realized that it was nothing in the box I hurried to open the door but the driver was gone. Has anyone gone through this? I’ve waited for days and I was excited to finally get a new phone just for my box to be completely empty with just activation cards inside.

I also recommend filing a police report as well. To get started, can you please send us a Direct Message with your first and last name along with the service address on the account?

  • Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
