Still have not been contacted , issues going on 10 days!!!!!!
I am following up because I still have not been contacted by the appropriate Xfinity executive support representative regarding ticket [Edited: "Personal Information"].
I was specifically told that I would be contacted within 24–48 business hours. That timeframe has passed, and despite my follow-up, I still have not received the promised call.
At this point, I do not need additional troubleshooting or to be transferred between departments. I need the appropriate executive support representative to contact me directly so we can resolve the remaining issues, including the Apple Watch return and activation issue, the associated account/line concerns, and the unresolved 2 Gig Internet representation.
This is especially frustrating because I have already spent an unreasonable amount of time dealing with issues created during the upgrade process. The previous mobile-line issue was ultimately resolved within approximately five minutes once an appropriate escalation representative actually contacted me.
For reference, my previous FCC complaint was [Edited: "Personal Information"]. Please review that history along with the current Executive Support ticket [Edited: "Personal Information"].
Please have the appropriate executive support representative contact me directly. My phone number ends in [Edited: "Personal Information"].
I would appreciate this being escalated rather than receiving another general response that the matter is still being worked on.

Hello @user_c2ah3c, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry for the frustration you have encountered after waiting beyond the expected contact timeframe and already investing so much time into these concerns. If an FCC complaint has been submitted, a dedicated team handles those cases, and they would be responsible for working toward a resolution. We’d be happy to review your current ticket to see what the next steps are and determine which team is handling your case. For your privacy and the security of your account, if you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, we'd be more than happy to look into this for you.
