ssn and birthdate verification

In the last more 14 days, I was struggling with Xfinity keypad input capturing system day and night without any real helps from more then 20 agents!

They told me that the input of the birthdate & at least the last four digits of ssn matched, but at the end the verification always failed.

My calls were routed between different teams, including Security Support Team, Core Service Team, Xfinity Mobile Support team, sales team and other parties. For a few times, the calls just got hung up in middle; and three times were routed to wrong parties, including to Credit Monitoring Service and FedEx Customer Support line.

It's horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible experience! I have been Xfinity Internet Service for two years. The above issue emerged when I tried to transfer my mobile lines to Xfinity Mobile. 

I don't know what to do now, probably just transfer all my lines to a different carrier.
