"Sorry, looks like we are having technical difficulties" message is still there!!
I still can't get a new phone to be added in my cart. It's a really great deal I've been trying to get for the past month. When I call them and they process this, the numbers $$ never add up and it is so frustrating. It seems like Xfinity is trying to scam their loyal customers by manipulating the deals and causing the website errors on purpose! I might just cancel all my 5 mobile devices and internet into a new career at this point, I'm running out of patience.
