Solutions for RCS "waiting for activation"

Its been three days, I can't approve any 2 factor authentications on any of my personal accounts.  Spent hours on the phone with Xfinity mobile, tell me they will call back and never do.  I made a really bad decision moving my service to them but thought I might check here if someone has a solution for the problem.  This can't go on much longer, I can't get in to important accounts and they don't care.

user_dm16gj Thank you for posting on our community forum so we can make sure your phone is working after porting over to Xfinity Mobile. I know how important it is to have cell service to rely on and I will stick with you here until we confirm this is fully resolved. 
 
Please send a direct message to Xfinity Support by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Include your name and address in the body of the message so I can find your account and get started on a resolution.
