Smartwatch Promo Code

Been on customer support for over 4 hours trying to just get the promo code that was offered for 300 off a smartwatch. My rewards page shows the code has expired on Feb 24 but the promo goes until march 5th. Support submitted a ticket yesterday, I received response with new promo code and date of expiration of march 5th. Went to use it and it says expired. Been on phone for 3 hrs and been given the go around. This is ridiculous. Might just cancel all services from Xfinity over this

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
