Sim Unlock

We have been trying to get our paid off phones Sim unlocked for 3 days. I have been told by 3 different people that on the phone and 2 via chat that they are unlocked. The Asst. Manager at the store in Savannah, GA assured it would be done. 1 out of 3 phones has been unlocked. The others are still locked despite being told otherwise. This is criminal. It has caused us to lose our numbers and untold grief after being without service for 2 days. There is nothing else that I can do besides go to the store and make a scene which trust me is on the horizon in a couple hours if this is not resolved.
