The device will typically be unlocked within 48 hours of being paid off. However, there are some other requirements.
Here are the other unlock requirements to be aware of:
1) At least 60 days must pass since your phone was activated. 2) Your Xfinity Mobile account cannot have a past-due balance. 3) Your phone cannot be reported lost, stolen, or involved in fraudulent activity.
