Sim card replacement
I talked to someone over a week ago trying to set up my now mobile phone
We found out the sim card is corrupt and was told a new one could be sent to my home. That was a week ago and nothing. I can not talk to a live human being.
If you could help me I would greatly appreciate it you are my last resort. I do not have a way to get to a store.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
