SIM CARD LOCKED AFTER PHONE BEEN PAID OFF SINCE 2023

My phone was unlocked by Xfinity back in 2023 and for some reason it’s locked again I’ve been chasing Xfinity to unlock my phone for the longest time and they always give me a stupid excuse. I’m getting to a point where I will seek legal advice
