Signature at delivery

Does anyone know what type of signature is required when you order a phone from Xfinity for delivery? Can it be signed online through FedEx account or does it have to be in person with the name of the person on the delivery? I'm trying to figure out how to get phones delivered without having to take multiple days off.

@user_e8f6cd Someone needs to be physically at the delivery address to accept and sign for the package. You cannot sign for it online with a FedEx account. You can however have it redirected to be held at a FedEx location for pickup. You can do this on their tracking page once the item ships and you have the number.
