Shipping Inquiry
Hello! I ordered a phone this past Thursday. The rep I spoke to stated it would arrive within a few days. An online rep told me today it takes 7 business days just to ship out. Is this correct? I am frustrated. Had I known this I would have just made a trip to a location.

Devices typically arrive within 2 business days after shipping. You can check your order status and tracking details by logging into your account via the Xfinity App or the Billing tab on the Xfinity Mobile website.
