setting up voicemail on xfinity mobile

I recently transferred a phone to my xfinity line that was included with my internet. When I try to set up my voicemail, it says to enter my password, which I obviously don't have. I can't get ahold of ANYONE. The virtual assistant is useless. I need an actual PERSON to assist. What am I even paying for?!
