Service Suspensed After Supervisor Denied

I formally express my concerns regarding a recent experience with your customer support services. I spent over an hour on the phone seeking assistance activating a new phone, but unfortunately, I did not receive the help I needed. Despite my repeated requests, I was not connected to a manager or technical support, and my original issue remains unresolved.

Additionally, I later received a notification indicating that my service had been suspended due to an outstanding balance, which prevented me from using my phone. To make matters worse, the phone I was using—though unrelated to the issue I was calling about—stopped working shortly after I hung up in frustration. I was at an amusement park with my wife and five children when my watch and phone malfunctioned, leaving me with no way to contact my family. This forced me to ask a stranger to use their phone.

This situation is entirely unacceptable, and I sincerely hope for a prompt resolution to these issues. After another 132 minutes on the phone, my phone is still not functional. It now randomly loses service, and I cannot make calls, send texts, or use Apple Maps in my car's CarPlay. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
