@user_1pm3x6 You can request this PIN online by signing in to your Xfinity Mobile account, selecting the device associated with the number, and navigating to the "Transfer your number, cancel this line" section. After sending a one-time passcode (OTP) to your line and confirming it, you will receive the security PIN via text. This PIN is valid for 24 hours. If not used within that time, you can request a new one.
