Since April at least I have not been able to view our call logs or our text history. We have an 18-year-old daughter and we need to be able to look at all of that. She is away at college for her safety. I have logged into the app every time I click on usage it tells me I do not have an account. I have seen all the forums on here and everybody else is having the same problem that I am. I need this to be fixed ASAP before I end up moving carriers.
