SECURITY PIN

I was planning on transferring my service but waited til the service was disconnected.
Now I need a security PIN or TRANSFER PIN without getting it text tome since I can’t receive texts.

user_cm77ur Thank you so much for stopping in for help with transferring your number. With any phone provider, the number does still need to be active and in working order to complete a port/transfer. Once the number is no longer active, it begins the process of being reassigned to a new customer or, in some cases, returning the number to the original provider. You can take a look here for more information on porting out/transferring your phone number. We would need to restore services to the line in question before any changes can be made. Let me know if you are still in need of assistance with this, so we can get you squared away.

I requested security PIN around 10 times but never sent to the mobile.. Systems are full of fault as their systems are not working to send the security PIN but xFinity don't have any alternative way to provide the PIN. I am waiting from last one week so far no security PIN is generated. Worst service, Worst systems, worst Xfinity assistant I seen on the plannet. For 10 minutes working need to wait couple of hours. I an not sure why they don't have telephonic customer care in the first front for some of the quicker issues. Everything they route to the Xfinity assistant [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"].. Never recommend until unless you don't have alternative
