SECOND DATA BREACH IN 6 MONTHS

I have now had my SECOND data breach in SIX months!!  This is extremely frustrating and concerning.  I need to speak to someone who can escalate this issue.

iPhone purchased and delivered in December, after it was delivered I got a call from a scammer trying to get my phone.  iWatch purchased last week and delivered today, scammers are trying the same thing.

Please help!  Do I need to contact a lawyer?????
