Scam

On April 22nd I was assured I would receive a free phone, 2 years of free mobile service, and that my internet would be reduced by $40 a month. 2 months later and 5 customer representatives later and they are charging me. They say they will send me a shipping label to return it and they do not. 2 reps told me this and still no label. I was then told I could reduce my bill 10 dollars a month by switching to checking, so I did, then I was told by another rep that it was wrong. That rep then told me that he would give me a new phone, case, and smart watch if I signed up right then and then he would send me a shipping label tomorrow.  I told him I would sign nothing until I received a shipping label. Still no label. I told him (Isaiah) to note our conversation. These folks lie. DO NOT CONTRACT WITH A COMPANY THAT HAS EMPLOYEES WITH NO INTEGRITY. I am hoping that this message results in someone reaching out that can fix this FRAUD!

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
