Samsung Z Fold 7 Activation Issue

Can anyone help, I have been trying since 12-24-25 to get my new Samsung Z Fold 7 1 TB storage activated with no luck. Have tried in store, Dover, DE, and they couldn't do it. Told to call *611. Have called 4 times and two issue tickets later and the phone is still not activated. Can anyone in the USA help with this? Tired of the overseas reps who have no idea how or what to do.

Even got an email from Lance in CS wanting to know what he could do, so I responded to him, apparently nothing Lance.

There are two case #'s, one from 12-26-25 #3308864 and from 12-29-25 # 239733587. Again nothing is fixed.
