Samsung Galaxy A25 5G IMEI is not supported ?

Hi ,

I have new samsung galaxy A25 5G when I insert the xfinity sim it catches the signal and when I make a call it connects to support team.

When talked to representative they just collect the IMEI and said its not supported, while your own site mentioned the same model and you are selling the same phone on your site.

How to solve these kind of issues ?

The system is very messed up.  As another example, I have a new A16 provided by xfinity that is working but neither the eSIM or pSIM IMEI report being supported by the online checker.

Hello, user_cs6xcj! Congratulations on your new device! We appreciate that you want to use the Xfinity Mobile service for it! The IMEI checker shows the correct information for each device and we are unable to change the results of that. There are times that we cannot support devices that are purchased through a 3rd party though offer the device ourselves due to network or provider agreements.
