S26 visual voicemail not working

When I open the visual voicemail app I get a message that staes to call xfinity mobile customer care for further assistance.

I simply want to get visual voicemail as I am tried of calling my voicemail to check and delete messages. I've looked online and it seems that the old xfinity voicemail app doesnt work any longer for newer samsung phones.
