S25 ultra trade in

I traded in my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra for a Galaxy S25 through Xfinity Mobile’s trade-in program. They promised a $1000 credit, but I only received $400! I met all the requirements: my phone was in great condition and sent on time.

I contacted customer support, but they were no help. Instead of fixing the issue, they offered me a one-time $25 payment – which is ridiculous! This kind of treatment is unacceptable.

Think twice before dealing with Xfinity Mobile. Their promises may turn out to be empty, and instead of savings, you might end up with frustration and disappointment!

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
