S22 ultra 5g and wifi only, no 4g or 3g

So I had an S10 Plus for the longest time I finally broke down and thought I would get an upgraded phone. I googled and searched then bought on Amazon an S22 ultra 12gig ram and 1tb memory. When I went to Xfinity to ask them if I can have them swap out my old phone for this new phone, all they did was pull my chip out and installed it into the s22 and told me that it would be okay. Well here I am 2 months later and I'm struggling between either having 5G and no 4G or 3G network connection. I literally have to find a Wi-Fi connection for this phone to work properly. If 5G is not available or Wi-Fi is not available I have no service whatsoever. The only way that it accesses 4G is I have to physically tap airplane mode turn off Wi-Fi then tap airplane mode again, 4G LTE will kick in but it doesn't kick in for a very long time it struggles to stay connected with 4G then again it goes dead until 5G is available. It's a constant battle, when I Google it says that I can access and and block 5G from this phone but I don't have that option I'm stuck with the Xfinity option only. Google also said I could enter a number codes but Xfinity blocked those as well. I have no way of turning off 5G that I would like to do because 5G is so spotty and unreliable. I've had this phone for roughly 2 months, and I'm already starting to look for a new phone. I guess eventually I will end up getting the s26 ultra but Xfinity does not offer the 16 ram drive with a 1 TB memory, so again I'm forced to buy one through Amazon that's unlocked. But I don't want to spend the money if it means that I am not going to have access to 4G on that phone either because I will be in the same boat. Anybody else have this problem? Please add a 5G off and access to 4G 3G network for the s22 ultra

Good afternoon NPC000710 are you able to check the devices compatibility? It will show if the device is fully compatible with our service, you can confirm that here.
