S21 + 5G Oneui 7.0

I have a S21+ 5G. 
The last update was Feb 6th, 2023.
There are no pending updates. 
I am on One UI 4.1.
Samsung supports this phone for One UI 7. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10004612/
It is on the carrier to push updates. 
When will my phone get this update?
My phone is slowing down and now a turtle.

It looks like S22 got this update May.
