rudest and most unporfessional supervisor I have ever encountered in my entire life!!!!

We were assured that we would receive an iPhone 17 bundled with a new Apple Watch in exchange for an iPhone Pro Max. Unfortunately, our experience turned out to be quite the opposite and a hellacious nightmare. We encountered issues with a faulty code on Xfinity's end several times, which should have been their responsibility to resolve. Despite our repeated attempts to seek assistance, having spoken to seven different customer service agents, we were left frustrated and without a resolution. Each representative "promises" to help us, yet none were able to fulfill those commitments. We spent hours upon hours on hold, waiting for callbacks and emails that never arrived. We had traded in a perfectly functional (and preferred) phone for this deal, specifically because it included the Apple Watch, which was a major factor in our decision. Instead, we received a device we did not desire over our current phone, but settled for the deal for the iWatch. Throughout this process, we have faced unprofessionalism and incompetence, with one representative who blatantly and disrespectfully hung up on us before we could explain our situation fully. Her name was SOPHIE. Our experience has been marred by incompetence and disrespect from a company of Xfinity's size, and it has left us feeling ripped off and utterly scammed. We've paid for a more expensive service based on the expectation of receiving the promised Apple Watch, which has not yet arrived. It's hard to fathom how a major corporation can treat its customers in such a careless manner. 

This entire ordeal has made us incredibly wary of trusting Xfinity in the future, given the disgraceful handling of our case. And we WILL be switching to a different company with more class, professionalism, and competence.
