Roaming fraud charges

My experience with Xtendry Mobile has been one of the most frustrating and exhausting customer service experiences I’ve ever had. What should have been a simple issue turned into a long, drawn-out ordeal that left me feeling completely ignored, dismissed, and honestly regretting ever choosing this company in the first place.

From the very beginning, communication was a mess. Every time I reached out for help, I was met with vague responses, a lack of clear answers, and a constant feeling that no one actually cared about resolving my issue. It felt like I was being passed from one person to another, with each representative either not understanding the situation or not taking the time to properly address it.

What made this even worse was the inconsistency. I was told different things by different people, which created confusion and made it nearly impossible to trust anything I was being told. Instead of progress, I kept hitting dead ends. It felt like I had to repeat myself over and over again, only to get nowhere.

At a certain point, it stops being just “bad service” and starts feeling like a complete lack of accountability. There was no sense of urgency, no ownership, and no real effort to fix the problem. As a customer, that is incredibly disappointing and honestly unacceptable.

This entire experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and completely avoidable if there had been even a basic level of organization and customer care. Instead, I was left feeling like my time and concerns didn’t matter at all.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience pushed me to the point where I feel obligated to warn others. If you’re expecting reliable support, clear communication, and a company that stands behind its service, this was not my experience at all.
