RMA for phone
I'm having difficulty getting an RMA for a Samsung S25 Ultra returned to Xfinity. Purchased 12/23, activated 12/28. Unable to utilize Xfinity app to initiate a return. 3 chat sessions, 2 calls with Xfinity customer service, still no RMA to return this phone. Looking for any suggestions.
Trying to get an RMA for a Samsung s25 Ultra, purchased 12/23/25, activated 12/28/25. 3 chat sessions, 2 calls with customer service have resulted in no RMA, although told twice I would receive an RMA within 24 hours. Still waiting, would like to get this returned within the 14 day return window.
