Rewards for $300 smart watch... Ended apparently i will keep my options open for new home/mobile e internet now. NO incentives

I have already thoroughly checked my 'Viewed,' 'Redeemed,' and 'Activity History' tabs, and the offer is not located there either. I am logged in using the Primary Account Holder credentials, so this is not a profile restriction issue.Because this is a known backend system glitch hiding the eligible Platinum tier tile, I need an official representative to open an internal Tier 2 Rewards Escalation Ticket on my behalf. That offer seems to have expired or is no longer available. I see it in my rewards, but when I click redeem, it tries to load a page then circles back to rewards and it's gone.
