Rewards for $300 smart watch... Ended apparently i will keep my options open for new home/mobile e internet now. NO incentives

I have already thoroughly checked my 'Viewed,' 'Redeemed,' and 'Activity History' tabs, and the offer is not located there either. I am logged in using the Primary Account Holder credentials, so this is not a profile restriction issue.Because this is a known backend system glitch hiding the eligible Platinum tier tile, I need an official representative to open an internal Tier 2 Rewards Escalation Ticket on my behalf. Please verify my Platinum status and manually generate or apply the $299.99 smartwatch promotional code to my account so I can complete my order through Xfinity Mobile.Thank you, and I look forward to your help getting this resolved."

That offer seems to have expired or is no longer available. I see it in my rewards, but when I click redeem, it tries to load a page then circles back to rewards and it's gone.

The promotion was valid from October 31 to December 2, 2025, for new and existing customers with Diamond and Platinum Rewards status. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

I'm searching on the official xfinity website page and is on the main screen saying $300 off smartwatch. First thing I see when I start browsing on xfinity.com official web page. Just annoyed that is is advertised and then after hours of trying to apply it I find out there is no promotion. And or it is expired. Should update your web page and get current promotions or none at all if there not valid.

user_kn4wj0  Good morning, I can see why that would be frustrating, especially after seeing the offer on the website and then finding out it is no longer available. I am sorry for the confusion and the time you spent trying to locate and apply that promotion. The smartwatch offer you mentioned has expired, but I agree the messaging should be clear and up to date so you know exactly what is available without having to search or guess.
