Our new iPhone, which replaced the lost phone, was successfully reactivated on line by Angela. To complete the process of restoring our old phone number, we visited the Xfinity store in Aventura. The assistance we received from Carlos and Claudia was outstanding — efficient, patient, and very professional.

Carlos made multiple entries and worked closely with Claudia to ensure everything was completed correctly. As elderly customers who can easily become confused, we truly appreciated their kindness and patience throughout the process.
