Returning my Trade-In [Edited]

I started mobile service took four days to get my phone activated and now I’m trying to return my trade-in and they’re not being helpful. They didn’t send me a label or anything.  None of these people know what they’re doing.  Considering counseling all of my services if I don’t get a supervisor to call me within 24 hours

Thank you for reaching out user_24563e, we appreciate you and your time. Are you saying you went to a store to do a trade in, and you were not given a label to ship your trade in to Asurion? I found this information on our intranet which should be helpful: To get a mobile trade-in shipping label, check the email you received when you accepted the trade-in offer. It contains the shipping label and receipt. If you can't find the email, log into your Xfinity Mobile account, go to "Devices," find the device with a pending trade-in, click "Trade in Details," and select "Print Shipping Label." You must ship your device within 21 days after your new device ships. Alternatively, you can also complete the trade-in at any Xfinity Retail Store without packaging the device yourself.
