Returning incompatible Iwatch

I been trying to return an Iwatch, as it turns out in not compatible with the version of iPhone I have, from the day I got it. I have been trying for quite a while to get a return shipping label with no success.  I have tried Xfinity Assistant, Live Chat, talked to a representatives on the phone and even spoken to “supervisors”who put me on hold for a while, then came back to tell me both are trying to resolve the issue and they will email me a return sticker within a couple of days, but it never happens. Now the I watch is past the returned window, thus creating another problem on top of the first. I even been to an Xfinity store who told me they cannot receive Apple items. I don't know where else to turn, and I am tired of spending so much time on this. I been a Comcast customer for years but enough is enough as it should not be this difficult to returned an item.  It been over a month and several calls later and speaking with “ supervisors” and they still say I’m getting the returned label via email to no avail. I still have no return authorization and have not been able to solve the situation. Now they are billing me!  I also notice several other people on this forum having the exact same problem as me. I’m now seriously considering asking my son for his services as a lawyer to resolve this matter. Any last advice on where I can turn without getting legal services?

Hello, @user_7nk70y we can open a ticket with Xfinity Mobile's executive team to get this issue resolved. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
