Returning Equipment Return Label Not Working
A couple weeks ago I started a return for an iPhone exchange. I received the email with a return label, but when I click on the FedEx link it says:
“Looks like something went wrong. Please reload the page and try again.”
I have tried different browsers and nothing works. It seems like the link is broken. I have called customer service TWICE and they have said both times they will send me a new return label in 3-5 days, but I have yet to receive anything. I need to return this phone because I am on the hook for over a thousand dollars and I don’t know what to do at this point.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
