Returned the iphone as the purchase was sold by telling lies
I have purchased 3 iphones from Xfinity and have returned them more than a month back. I am still being billed incorrectly inspite of calling multiple times on customer service. This is really frustrating. Everytime I call, I have to repeat the whole story and the customer service agent confirms to record all the details in the Case #. Last time I spoke to the agent for 2 hours and 9 mins and he confirmed that the refund has been initiated and the money would be in my account in 48-72 hours. The name of the Customer Rep was John, [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I am really frustrated by the way Xfinity handles their customers.
