Returned phone and still getting billed

I’ve returned a phone previously a day after its purchase and received a refund for the activation fee but I’m still getting charged the full balance of the phone along with the line service. I don’t have the phone anymore and what nothing to do with Xfinity mobile. Im being robbed at this point and I’ve called billing services, they said they put in a case, and nothing is getting done.
