Returned device and still have payment plan

I returned a zfold7 that was put on a payment plan through xfinity. It was new and unopened. Ive been told by 7 different support team members it would be removed and it still hasn't. I returned the device in November and it was received by xfinity before Thanksgiving. I spent literally 8 hours on the phone getting bounced around to different support team members one day. Ive spent multiple days and 20 plus hours trying to get this resolved.  Xfinity hands-down has the worst customer service. Ive been told they see it been received but they still haven't removed it from my account. I still have a payment plan on a phone I don't have. This needs to be resolved and xfinity needs to stop lying to people and have better customer service
