Returned a device. No Refund. Keep charging for device and plan I am not even using.

- Bought iphone 16 pro and ported a number A on it. 

- Decided to go with iphone 16 pro MAX.

- Xfinity provided return label for iphone 16 pro and asked to return only after receiving iphone 16 pro MAX

- Received iphone 16 pro MAX. 

- Xfinity activated a new temporary number B on it for moving my number to new device. 

- My number A was moved to iphone 16 pro MAX.

Now, my expectation was to get refund for iphone 16 pro and no more charges for the temporary number B used by xfinity to move numbers.

But, I am being charged for both the phones, iphone 16 pro and iphone 16 pro MAX even though xfinity is in possession of iphone 16 pro. 

Moreover, xfinity is charging me for the plan for temporary number B along with my number A.

I have chatted with 20 agents and no one is able to resolve issue and its been 5 week.s

Frustrating. Thinking to move out of xfinity altogether.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
