Return

I received a phone call from an Comcast rep., stating the tablet I received has an issue and tablet should not be activated, however when I received the call the tablet was already activated. The tablet now is showing signs of over heating.

Requesting return of tablet and issuing a new replacement.

Hello, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I can certainly understand your concern, especially after being advised not to activate the tablet and then experiencing overheating issues after activation.

For your safety, please discontinue use of the tablet until it can be assessed. I'd be happy to help review your account and determine the available replacement options. If the device is confirmed to be defective, we can work toward arranging a return and replacement based on the equipment warranty and return guidelines. Please send us a direct message with your full name and address.
Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
Click "Sign In" if necessary.
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support."
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.
