Return label not received/not able to print

The print button is not working and had multiple chats and calls with support team but no luck. Please let me know if I have to cancel the trade-in and switch to different provider.

I never received a label and literally had to go into a store to have one printed. It was a whole debacle.

That was easy though compared to getting the credit. They received the phone on October. 30, and no credit yet. Everyone at 'customer service' is completly useless. No way to track (I'm told there is supposed to be).

Whole setup is a sham.

emcampbe Our team can look into yur credit concerns today. To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a Direct Message. 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

@XfinityTony​ I have not received on email. When I login to my account I am not able to print it as well as it is grayed out. I visited store today aswell even they are not able to print as it's grayed out for them as well.
