Return Label for Trade In

hello, we have not received our return label to send in our trade-in. can you please resend it? It would not let us pull up the label on our app either. The last time we went into an Xfinity store they said for some reason the label or tracking number had never been created and they were supposed to get it fixed, but we haven’t received anything.
