Retrieval of account phone numbers
On May 15 2026 Xfinity unilaterally cancelled my and my wife’s phone numbers which we have had for over 10 years. There was no reason. Despite being told it was a mistake perhaps due to Xfinity system migrations Xfinity told us they can’t find our numbers. We have spent untold hours with Customer service with more than 5 tickets — each closed without resolution. We have been to the local Xfinity store 3 times —they say they can’t do anything. This is unacceptable. All our contacts, health care providers, and family and friends contact us through our phone numbers, our 2 factor id uses our phone number and can’t be changed without our phone number. What is. Finite going to do to make this right?

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:
1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon
2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)
4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
