Representative Refuse to Transfer to Supervisor

I was on the online Xfinity chat, where I asked to be transferred to Kunal's supervisor, but they were unwilling, and did not transfer me to supervisor.  Instead, I was placed back into queue.  

My previous issue was not resolved. And, there is no way to send a message to corporate directly. Please help!

I know how frustrating it can be when we spend a lot of time on an issue only to end up in the same place.
