Removed promo credit
Traded my phone in and received 1100 credit over 24 months . They cancelled my promo and now charging me 50/mnth for phone that
i traded. Biggest scam .multiple calls and agents. Been with xfinity with mulitple lines and internet as well as other family members switched from me. Would stay away from them . Better services out their that honor loyalty and are fair

Typically, the only prerequisite for maintaining Xfinity Mobile trade-in credits is that your mobile account stays current and does not fall behind at any point. Do you know if your mobile account was kept current up to the point prior to the credit being removed?
