Hello, @user_1rm3yd! What is happening when trying to manage your device? What device are you using and have you tried another? If you’re looking to cancel an Xfinity Mobile smartwatch line you can start by signing in to your account through the Xfinity app or website. From there, go to the Devices tab, select the smartwatch you want to remove, and choose “Transfer your number, cancel this line.” To fully stop service, you may also need to unpair the watch from your phone. If anything doesn’t look right or you run into issues, our support can help walk you through the process so you’re not stuck figuring it out on your own. Please be reminded that sending unsolicited Direct Messages to an Official Employee of the Xfinity Community Forum is a violation of Forum Guidelines. In the future, we ask that you please find the most appropriate public board for your question type and post it there. If needed, we may invite you to send us a Direct Message. This is just a heads-up for next time, and I look forward to helping out here. Include below is a helpful article with more information. Please let me know if it helps.
