Regarding Trade-in activation lock issue-order( [Edited])
Hi team,
I received the email about my IPHONE 15 Trade. You checked the phone and showed the IPHONE LOCK is still active. That means I didn't turn off " IPHONE FIND".
Then I have checked my iCloud account ([Edited: "Personal Information"]), and the trade-in iPhone is NOT listed under my devices at all (if you need, I can send screenshot).
This indicates that "Find My" has already been completely turned off and the device is fully unlinked from my Apple ID on my end.
Could you please double-check the Serial Number / IMEI [Edited: "Personal Information"] on your end to see if there was a mix-up? If you still see an activation lock, please let me know which Apple ID hint (e.g., j*****@icloud.com) it is asking for so I can investigate further.
Thank you for your help, and I look forward to your update.

this phone is my husband's iphone 17. Not my iphone 15. So sign into my iCloud Account([Edited: "Personal Information"]), I can't fine my iphone 15.
